Tucker Carlson Reportedly Worried Texts With Alex Jones Will Be Made Public
A source close to Carlson told Lachlan Cartwright that Carlson was “s****ing himself” over his text messages with Jones would be made available.
A report from The Daily Beast says Fox News host Tucker Carlson is worried his texts with Alex Jones of InfoWars being leaked to the public.
A source close to Carlson told Lachlan Cartwright that Carlson was “s****ing himself” over his text messages with Jones would be made available. According to Cartwright, the two text daily and the contents would be “highly embarrassing” for Carlson.
The contents of Jones’ cell-phone were recently accidentally given to the the opposing attorney in a defamation lawsuit brought against Jones by the parents of victims of the Sandy Hook massacre, which Jones repeatedly called a “hoax”. Attorneys have since given the contents of the phone to United States House committee charged with investigating the events of the January 6th insurrection.
Mark Bankston, the lawyer representing the Sandy Hook families, has already publicly said some text messages from Jones are salacious in nature, including “intimate messages” with conservative political consultant Roger Stone, including a nude photo of Jones’ wife.
Carlson and Jones have been publicly friendly to one another over the years. Carlson added a short synopsis for the back of the book The Great Reset, written by Jones, that says “Maybe Alex Jones is onto something. Read this book and decide for yourself who’s crazy.” The Fox News host also once was quoted saying Jones was “more talented than I am”.
Joe Scarborough Calls Out Fox News Contributors After Mar-a-Lago Raid
Scarborough said “They’re saying ugly things on Fox News. What do you expect? This guy is going to be brought to justice. He’s broken the law. Everybody knows that. So why are they freaking out?”
MSNBC Morning Joe anchor Joe Scarborough tore into what he called “weak” people afraid of “fascists” after the FBI raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
Scarborough said “They’re saying ugly things on Fox News. What do you expect? This guy is going to be brought to justice. He’s broken the law. Everybody knows that. So why are they freaking out?
“I don’t come from the Obi-Wan Kenobi school of political theory. Strike Trump down and he only becomes stronger. No, I don’t believe — he breaks the law. You go to jail. Let me say it again: In America, and our former Republican brothers and sisters need to understand this. In America, even in the age of Trump, no man is above the law.”
Scarborough previously said those angry about the raid were acting as if their “hair was on fire” before ripping Trump supporters in the media.
“The people that helped Donald Trump on January 6th, the people that were talking about coming to D.C., that it was going to be crazy, that it was going to what was going to be wild, they weren’t going to change because they’re fascists,” Scarborough said. “And so they’re making fascist threats. And we need to do what the United States has always done. We need to confront fascism and defeat it.
“So everybody that’s freaking out over fascists being fascists. Well, guess what? That’s what fascists do! That’s why we have law enforcement, to actually bring fascists to justice. So please don’t run around with your hair on fire and say, “Oh, my God, we can’t actually enforce the laws of our land. We can’t actually protect classified documents because fascists may get upset on a TV show!”
Chris Wallace: Democrats Would Like Another Nominee in 2024
Wallace said Democrats don’t want Biden to run again in 2024 because of his age.
Chris Wallace joined CNN’s “At This Hour” to discuss a New York Times article suggesting that President Joe Biden shouldn’t run again.
According to a transcript published on Breitbart, Wallace said Democrats don’t want Biden to run again in 2024 because of his age.
“I think 75%of Democrats say they would like to see another Democratic nominee for president in 2024,” said Biden.
Wallace said he’s witnessed farewells plenty of times, especially in the media, which he referred to as the gold watch sent off.
“Look; obviously, the success after a lot of stalemate, the success of the last month or so by Joe Biden is impressive, and it will change the narrative,” Wallace said. “We will be talking about everything he has accomplished.”
‘You know what, I’m excited by the idea of a guy who on next inauguration day would be 82 running for election again,’ I’m not so sure about that,” he added.
